After The Lip Enlargement Treatment  


Post-Treatment Management

You will be discharged home shortly after your Lip Enlargement procedure and be issued with a telephone number to ring in the event of a problem or query. You will also be given antibiotics and pain killers to take during recovery at home.

Ice packs should be applied for a few minutes every hour to minimise bruising and swelling.

You must attend a follow up appointment a week after your treatment for review.

Recovery & Results Following Lip Enlargement

Most patients recover within a couple of days after insertion of a permanent implant to enlarge their lips. If a semi permanent filler is used there is no downtime and patients can go about their business straight away.

Results are usually very successful if care is taken not to over-correct the lip.
